Before visiting us, please read the recommendations we have prepared below which will help us provide you with a pleasant and organized experience.
For a pleasant experience during the appointment, please take into account the following recommendations:

An appointment is scheduled to last up to 50 minutes. During the appointment, the entire showroom will be reserved for you and you will benefit from consulting from our team.

To make the most of this time, please also consider the time needed in advance to find the address, parking etc., so as to avoid any delays. Unfortunately, if you are late, we will not be able to extend your appointment beyond the allotted time, in order to respect the time of all the other customers who book an appointment with us.

Please come to the fitting accompanied by no more than 2 persons.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours or no-show means that the next appointment will be charged.

Please come to the appointment without makeup, to keep the dresses in impeccable condition, so that each bride can try them on with pleasure. Foundation, lipstick or powder can stain delicate fabrics.

For the same reason, please do not wear accessories that can damage the dresses during the fitting (these can be and are not limited to: rings, watches, bracelets, necklaces etc.).

Undergarments can drastically change the look of a dress, so it’s important to bring the right ones so you have the most accurate idea of what your gown will look like. We highly recommend wearing nude, seamless undergarments and a strapless bra, as they won’t detract from the dress.

If you’re planning on wearing heels, it’s a good idea to bring with you a pair that’s of a comparable height to the shoes you’ll be wearing on the day of the event. We also have shoes for fitting at our showroom, although it’s always recommended to bring your own shoes with the correct heigh, which allows us to correctly evaluate your hem line when custom ordering.
