Frequently Asked Questions.

1. Is the product see-through?

The answer depends on the type of product, but the following is relevant to the products with beaded fabrics. The product is see-through, but we will add lining under it. The types of lining we offer are: bra and shorts, bra and skirt, bust to knee, or complete (whole) lining. We can also add the underlining accordingly to your skin tone. Once an order has been placed, our team will contact you back and advise on this regard.

2. Can I rent the dress?

STEFANEEA dresses are produced on an individual basis and are for sales only.

3. Can I customize my own evening couture piece?

To create your unique, customized designer Couture gown, you can book an appointment to meet one-on-one with the designer. Simply click on the “Appointments” menu found on the top right of the website, and you can pick your preferred date and time to meet privately with the designer. The sales team will get back to you to confirm your appointment.

4. How long do your products take to be made and delivered?

STEFANEEA products take 5 to 30 working days to be produced, depending on the design and fabric of the product. The sales team will set a delivery date together with the Customer as a deadline.

5. Can this dress be done in other colors?

A product can be done also in others colors only if the options for other colors are shown on our website, on product’s page.

6. How am I supposed to wash my dress?

STEFANEEA high-end couture dresses are made of very delicate fabrics so we strongly advise you to have them professionally cleaned.

7. Do I have to pay taxes / How much will my country charge for my order?

Upon arrival in the destination country or area, the contents of your order may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees etc.) for which the recipient of the order is responsible. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.

8. Where do I find products that I have seen on social media, magazines, or blogs?

9. How do I track my order?

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your tracking number, which you can use to track your order. If you face any difficulty, please reach out to the team via email or phone so we can further assist you.

10. Which countries do you ship to?

We provide worldwide shipping.

11. What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is complimentary with your order.
