Refund and Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Ready-made products

1.1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns may be requested through e-mail at returns@stefaneea.com no later than 14 calendar days after the product being delivered to the Customer. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Non authorized returns will not be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with original tags attached and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains or any other signs of wear in order to be eligible for a refund.

1.2. Items that are missing tags or that have been worn or damaged in any way are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Any damaged or worn items returned will not be refunded. Items sent back to our returns team after the 14 calendar days window has elapsed will not be accepted.

1.3. To return one or more items from your order, please follow the below-mentioned procedure:

  1. Make sure all products you wish to return and all the forms — product tags, authenticity labels or cards — are included in the package. Please use the original box your item was delivered into.
  2. Request the return through e-mail at returns@stefaneea.com. Please specify your full name and number of your order. For quicker processing, please add to the subject of your email the reason for contacting us (RETURN).
  3. After your package is prepared for return, please contact the a local courier service in your area for pick up. Any issues caused by the use of a courier are not attributable to STEFANEEA.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please allow us 5 business days from the moment your package is returned to check the condition of the items and approve and process your return. You will be notified via email of the status of your returned item.
  5. For full-priced items, we are pleased to offer a full refund within 10 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 
  6. Should you fail to meet any of the requirements stated at art. 1-4, you will be notified by email and the package may be returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned package, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.

1.4. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

1.5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.

1.6. In-Boutique Returns

If you prefer to return the item(s) in person, our dedicated Sales team will be happy to assist you. We invite you to visit our flagship store in Bucharest.

Please make sure you bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the airway bill and the sale invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. 

2. Pre-made and Customized products – Final Sale

2.1. All orders which include a pre-made or customized product are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.

2.2. A pre-made or customized dress consists of any of the following: Open cup, Custom size or length, custom lining or any other modification that was made to the original design.

3. Products on sale – Final Sale

Sale and Clearance items are are final sales and can not be returned.
